Sketchbook

Relief Prints

Intaglio Prints

These images were completely hand drawn, except for the last one which included a photo transfer.

Screenprints

Due to the nature of the screenprint process, the majority of these images were created digitally prior to printing.

Lithography

The majority of my schooling was spent standing over a lithography press. A few of these images were constructed first digitally, then applied to the stone. The rest of them were done by hand.

This is an image of the Union Station in California. I printed three colors of detail using the lithographic process. The remaining colors were added with screenprint.

Letterpress

The following images were created first digitally, and then printed. The text was printed on a letterpress, and the images are screenprinted images.

Madonna Pop

This is "Madonna Litta" by Da Vinci. I wanted to welcome the Madonna and Christ child into more modern times, so I gave them a pop look. Using the style of Lichtenstein, I came up with the following image.

Both the Madonna and Christ child are a colored half tone, the rest flat shapes. Some of the uncolored half tone was also left in the blue robe.
